Education & Career
Mr. Rosenblum received his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law where he was a participant in the Moot Court Honors Program and a member of the Phi Delta legal fraternity. Prior to pursuing a law degree, Mr. Rosenblum earned a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania where he majored in international business and political science. He began his legal career as an associate for the firm of Proskauer, Rose, Goetz & Mendelsohn and later for Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp, before opening his private practice in the mid-1990s.
With over thirty years of experience as a corporate and real estate attorney, Mr. Rosenblum has dedicated his professional career to providing clients with the highest caliber of legal representation. With his extensive professional and educational background in business and law, he provides both a range of proven legal expertise and valuable insight to his clients on nuanced business matters.
cOMMUNITY inVOLVEMENT
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Rosenblum maintains an active role in his community. He is the Executive Director of the Penn Fund, Director of the Wharton Club of South Florida, and is a member of the organization committee for the 2017 Wharton Global Conference in Miami. He was formerly Co-President and is currently a Director of the Southern California Regional Advisory Board for the University of Pennsylvania, a past director of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Association of Southern California and a past Director and President of the Wharton Club of Southern California. Mr. Rosenblum is also a member of the Real Estate and Construction Cabinet of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. Mr. Rosenblum has been a speaker on numerous panels, including a UCLA Extension Conference on “Renovation, Rehabilitation and Reuse of Existing Buildings” and a Dynamics Capital Group Conference entitled “The Smart Real Estate Investor’s Seminar.” Mr. Rosenblum has been quoted in a number of prestigious business publications, including Forbes and Bloomberg.
